Soulfire, Alignment & Coherence

Many entrepreneurs sense that something in the way they're building isn't fully aligned, even when they're doing everything they've been taught.

I'm Katia, founder of The Passion Project Hub.

For nearly a decade, I worked as an attorney, a path shaped by others' expectations rather than my inner calling. It was stable on the outside but increasingly misaligned within. That work gave me a real understanding of structure, responsibility, and clear communication, and it also showed me what happens when a life gets built disconnected from inner truth.

In 2020, I made a pivotal shift: I left what no longer felt aligned to go after my passion, rebuilding from the ground up. I trained through an entrepreneurial program and launched an in-person business in 2021, later building an online business, combining that training with real, hands-on experience.

Over those years, I specialized in shaping offers, conscious marketing, and understanding what holds a business together, alongside a deeper shift in how I understood creation itself, guided by inner knowing and informed by neuroscience and how people actually think and change.

What became clear through that process is simple: business is not just about structure, and it's not just about intuition. It lives in the relationship between the two. That's where coherence begins.

The Passion Project Hub

Out of that lived experience, The Passion Project Hub was born.

It's a space for conscious creators and entrepreneurs who aren't only building something, but want to build it in a way that's sustainable, aligned, and true to who they are.

Here, through workshops, courses, and a growing community, I support people in:

  • Clarifying and shaping their offers

  • Building aligned, sustainable businesses

  • Navigating growth with both clarity and self-awareness

  • Bringing intuition into grounded, practical-world action

This space exists for those who feel that pull. Not as a finish line, but as a place to build from.
