Many entrepreneurs sense that something in the way they’re building isn’t fully aligned, even when they’re doing everything they’ve been taught.
I’m Katia, founder of The Passion Project Hub.
For over five years, I’ve built and evolved my own businesses, starting with an in-person service-based business and later creating an online business of my own. Through this, I’ve navigated the real terrain of entrepreneurship: creating and refining offers, working closely with clients, and understanding what it takes to build something sustainable and aligned.
Along the way, I devoted time to studying business direction, offer creation, and the dynamics of communication, deepening my ability to express, position, and refine my work in ways that genuinely connect and create value.
My path didn’t begin in this space. For nearly a decade, I worked as an attorney, following a structure that was stable on the outside but increasingly misaligned within. That experience gave me a deep understanding of structure, responsibility, and consistency, along with the ability to communicate clearly and build strong foundations. At the same time, it revealed what happens when we create a life disconnected from our inner truth.
In 2020, I made a pivotal shift. I stepped away from that identity and began rebuilding from the ground up. I launched an in-person business in 2021 and later created an online business, immersing myself in entrepreneurship as lived practice.
Along the way, I studied and integrated frameworks in neuroscience and business foundations, applying them directly in real business environments.
Through that process and a deeper inner shift that reshaped how I understood creation, one realization became clear:
Business is not just about direction or structure.
And it is not just about intuition or inner alignment.
It lives in the relationship between the two.
This is where coherence begins.
What began as a heartfelt passion and a natural entrepreneurial drive gradually opened into a deeper understanding of creation itself, revealing an underlying architecture behind purpose, service, and business.
This is what I came to understand as the Codex Harmonic Field, a lens that grounded and refined the way I build, lead, and support others.
The Passion Project Hub
Out of this lived synthesis, The Passion Project Hub was born.
It is a space designed for entrepreneurs, creators, coaches, and visionaries who are not only building something, but seeking to build it in a way that is sustainable, aligned, and true to who they are.
Here, business is approached as both structure and coherence. Through workshops, courses, and a growing ecosystem, I support individuals in:
Clarifying and refining their offers
Building aligned and sustainable business models
Navigating growth with both structure and self-awareness
Bridging intuition with grounded implementation
This work is not about bypassing direction.
It’s about integrating it with clarity and internal alignment.
How the Path Found Me
The deeper layers of this work were integrated over time. As I built my businesses, I explored frameworks that expanded my understanding of consciousness and behavior, refining patterns I was already living in practice.
They did not replace practical-world application. They refined it.
Over time, I began to see that what we often separate (business and inner work, structure and intuition) are not opposing forces. They are part of the same system.
A Different Way to Build
Today, my work sits at the intersection of practical entrepreneurship and inner coherence, not as a concept, but as something lived, tested, and continuously refined through real experience.
And when approached with clarity, honesty, and alignment, it becomes not just a way to create income, but a way to create meaningful, sustainable impact.
This space exists for those who feel that.
Not as a destination, but as a place to build from.
