Collaborative Space Guiding Principles
Purpose of The Guiding Principles
The guiding principles are here to offer clarity and alignment, so that everything shared can truly feel supportive to others, not to make anyone feel like they need to fit into a box. It still allows room for each person's authentic expression.
About The Collaborative Space
This space supports soul-led creators in expressing their work with clarity, integrity, and alignment.
It offers a place to share a meaningful sample of your work, something that genuinely supports others while reflecting the quality and care you bring to what you do.
Contributions are invitations. They may inspire, guide, or support others, while creating a natural bridge between those who offer and those who are ready to receive.
As this space grows, so will its visibility and reach. By contributing now, you are helping shape the foundation of something meaningful.
What You're Welcome to Share
You are warmly invited to contribute in any of the following ways:
A simple practice
Insights, reflections, or guidance
A short video from your area of expertise
A mini-workshop (10 to 90 minutes)
Values & Energy
We kindly ask that your content reflect:
Compassion over judgment
Encouragement over criticism
Openness over needing to be right
An inviting approach, with moments of clear guidance when needed
Rather than directive language, you might explore softer invitations:
"You might explore…" rather than "Do this."
"Another way to look at this is…" rather than "This is wrong."
"You might find it supportive to…" rather than "You should…"
Avoid self-deprecating language. Speak from grounded self-respect, and embody the energy you wish to share: patience, kindness, and presence.
Creating Value
We ask that your content offers something real and usable. Someone should be able to walk away with a new perspective, a simple practice, a sense of clarity or direction, or simply feeling less alone in their journey.
Before sharing, ask yourself:
Is this clear and easy to follow?
Will someone understand how this supports them?
Does this bring clarity rather than confusion?
You don't need to transform someone's life. A small, clear shift is enough. And it matters more than you may know.
Respect for Different Perspectives
Different viewpoints are welcome here. Please share your insights as your personal perspective, and allow others to take what resonates and leave the rest.
Integrity & Responsibility
We ask that you share only what you genuinely stand behind, honor your word and commitments, and ensure your contribution is your own or properly credited.
Video Submission
Length: 10 to 90 minutes
Format: Horizontal (16:9)
Resolution: Minimum 1920 x 1080 (1080p)
Platform: YouTube (Unlisted link)
An unlisted video is not public or searchable. Only people with the link can view it.
Once your video is ready, send your unlisted YouTube link via email with the subject line: "Video for the Collaborative Space for Creators." You are welcome to include a short description, your name, and any links you'd like included.
A Few Notes on Quality
You don't need perfection. Just a little care goes a long way.
Set your camera to at least 1080p and 60 frames per second. Place light in front of you, not behind. Natural light works beautifully. Use a tripod or a steady surface where possible. Look directly at the camera lens to create a sense of connection. Place the camera at eye level and keep your face clearly visible in the frame.
Music & Copyright
If you include music, please use royalty-free music licensed for commercial use and credit the creator where required. You can find music through the YouTube Audio Library, Epidemic Sound, Artlist, or Pixabay Music. You may also create your own using tools such as the premium version of Suno.com.
Sharing Your Work
You are welcome to include your website and contact details in your video description, so those who resonate can connect with you directly.
When sharing your offerings, we invite you to consider evergreen offerings, those that remain relevant and accessible over time, so people watching even a year later can feel it's still current.
Gentle Review & Ongoing Alignment
All contributions are gently reviewed to ensure alignment with the spirit of this space. Your content may remain within the Hub for as long as it feels current, aligned, and in respectful observance of these principles. If at any point a contribution no longer aligns, it may be removed with care.
✨ Before You Record (2-minute clarity check)
Take a moment to reflect:
What is the one thing I'm offering here? Can I express it in one clear sentence?
What will someone walk away with? A perspective, a practice, a sense of clarity, a next step?
Is this easy to follow? Would someone new to this topic understand?
Am I guiding or assuming? Have I explained what might not be obvious?
Does this feel grounded and real? Am I sharing from experience, not just ideas?
Does this support someone on its own? Would it support or confuse someone watching only this?
✨ Optional: Alignment Support
If you're unsure, you're welcome to send a short outline before recording for a quick alignment check. Email us at hello@passionprojecthub.com with the subject line: "Alignment Check for Collaborative Space for Creators."
