Creating a live event doesn’t have to feel complex or overwhelming. With the right structure and a few simple tools, you can set up, share, and host your events in a way that feels clear, professional, and aligned with your work.

In this mini-workshop, you’ll be guided through a practical and accessible approach to creating your own live events, from setup to delivery. Whether you’re just starting or looking to refine your current process, this session will help you simplify your workflow and elevate the experience you offer to others.

Together, we’ll explore:

• How to set up and structure your event in a clear and simple way

• How to schedule and manage registrations using Calendly

• How to connect Calendly with your preferred meeting platform (Zoom or Google Meet)

• How to set up automatic invites and reminders so participants can join with ease, helping increase attendance while reducing manual work

• Simple ways to present your event in a clearer and more professional way, especially when reaching new audiences

This session is about keeping things simple, effective, and aligned, so you can focus on what truly matters: the experience you’re creating.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a clear structure you can reuse and adapt for your own events, along with practical tools to support you moving forward.
